Just finished this really really old Japanese drama called "First Love."
Everyone thinks it's boring but I think it's okay as it evoked a lot of memories :S
The storyline is that this girl, Kasumi, fell for her high school teacher, Nao, and apparently he likes her too. After school, they got together in a classroom and they kissed (original, eh?) And another girl who also likes Nao oversaw them and popped a bottle of pills in the locker room. Nao then resigns, and became a counsellor. Kasumi is then working in a wedding planning agency and... one day, Nao is her sister's fiance! They still harbour feelings for each other and to cut a long story short, Nao didn't marry the sister, he still went to Kasumi.
And the sister is PSYCHO!
I'm addicted to the song, Sakura Drops by Utada Hikaru.
And I guess being an actress is not bad after all (:

Watched Royston Tan's 881 today with Fedora & Desiree.
It's quite family-friendly, actually, unlike his previous works (15 & 4.30). Really hilarious and saddening at some parts. Generally a well produced local film, which Royston only took 22 days to produce & another 2 weeks to write.
Elaborate set and costumes, and excellent, if not, great acting by the actors. QI YUWU is cutee (:D!) in this movie, esp. carrying that chicken around and hiding his love for Big Papaya (Yeo Yann Yann).
However some parts were REALLY corny, especially the fight between the Papaya & Durian Sisters (May & Choy). They followed Madonna's style of conical bras (ewwww). Liked the durian spikes they had for bikini tops XD. It shoots lasers (green, no kidding.)
Was actually tearing at the end where Little Papaya died. ): At least the plot had direction, unlike EPIC MOVIE.

True, I think I've not been showing any godly character lately, as I've been swearing and such, like "What the hell," "Oh my God" and "F**K." Oh goodness, I think I need to wash my mouth out with Dettol.
Since I've been hanging out with Heart of God people, I really need to change my vocabulary from uncouth to civil.
Or not I'll die in Korea.
Second factor: Our Enemies.

Pastor Lia shared about Bono, and his life.
You don't see Bono going around making trouble with the tabloids and stuff, because he's doing hings to help shape our world. He has made AIDS his enemy. He has made poverty his enemy. This shows that he is a great man because he fights for a great cause.
However, how about us?
Pastor Lia told us to give up on those enemies that waste our time (sounds familliar, no?) and concentrate on the little things. Why let them bother you and make you go on a detour on your highway of success?

My dad bought the show for me in 2002 and I fell in love with Takuya Kimura :D
On a sidenote, Yuxuan and I have been wondering.
Why are all the hot Japanese guys in their 30s and married. ):
Kuryu Kohei is a young public prosecutor who gets transferred to a division in Tokyo. Unlike a typical prosecutor, Kuryu dresses casually and ignores standard procedures, but his brilliant instincts and determination make him well-suited as an investigator. He espouses a very strong sense of justice, and his idealism has a big impact on his colleagues.
Amamiya, his assistant, is aiming to be promoted to the position of a prosecutor. At first, she and Kuryu get along very poorly, but working together eventually leads to a relationship that borders on romance.
It's seriously REALLY NICE. <3 Takako Matsu was superb :D and the theme song:
